With more than 20 years of dedicated experience, Mrs. Cindreka Marshall is a seasoned social worker committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities. A proud native of Dublin, Georgia, she holds both a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Albany State University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Valdosta State University. Currently pursuing a PhD at Clark Atlanta University, Mrs. Marshall also serves as a professor in the Social Work Department at Albany State. Her career includes pivotal roles such as Child and Family Therapist, Discharge Planner, and Social Services Director. In 2011, driven by a passion for making a difference, she founded L.E.G.A.C.Y. to provide lasting support to those in need.

HR Administration
With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Shanieka Coleman specializes in HR administration, training and development, and providing strategic HR solutions for organizations of all sizes. Her expertise lies in streamlining HR processes, enhancing employee performance, and fostering a positive organizational culture.With a strong background in developing and implementing effective training programs, optimizing HR policies, and leading teams, Shanieka has successfully contributed to both operational efficiency and cultural transformation within various organizations.
Holding an MBA, she brings a combination of business acumen and a deep understanding of the human element within organizations. Her passion for people and commitment to tailored HR strategies have consistently driven measurable results and growth for her clients.

Alecia Thomas
ICWP Office Manager
Alecia Thomas is the Office Manager of The Legacy Case Management Inc. She has been the office manager for 3 ½ years. She received her bachelor’s degree in social science and master’s degree in psychology with the concentration of Adult Education from Troy University. She has 3 years experience with Substance Abuse Counseling. She has 5 years experience with case management. Alecia has a passion for assisting people and working with people in a positive office setting. She believes in true teamwork which where everyone come together as a successful company to help the disabled community of any need.

Case Manager/ICWP Trainer
With over 17 years of dedicated experience in case management, Lisa Childers is a distinguished professional in the field. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Psychopathology with a minor in Sociology and Nursing from Gardner-Webb University. As a Senior Case Manager, Lisa leads with a client-centered approach, focusing on tailored care plans that address both immediate needs and long-term goals. Her leadership extends beyond individual case management; she is also known for her mentorship and training of case managers and her contributions to the development of best practices within her organization.

Medicaid Biller
Tiffany Williams is responsible for monthly Medicaid billing, ensuring that all necessary and essential documents are entered into the system. Additionally, she reaches out to potential clients to assist with completing applications and determining their eligibility for ICWP services.

ICWP Office Assistant
Jameka has over 13 years of Case Management Experience working with both the Elderly and individuals with Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities. She also has worked as an advisor for at risk youths in an effort to assist them with various career paths to ensure a successful future. She believes in the Legacy's core values and strives daily to help assure that ALL members' needs are being met.

Case Manager
A'Jasah is a proud native born and raised in Americus, Georgia. She received her undergraduate education from Georgia Southwestern State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology (major) and Sociology (minor). With 5 years of experience in social service and case management settings, A'Jasah prides herself in servicing those clients of various backgrounds from the most vulnerable to the disabled and to those entering back into society from incarceration sentences with the ultimate goal of all populations being to enhance the lives of others by meeting them where they are at the moment. Over the years, she has gained wisdom from each position she has held and continues to utilize this as an ICWP case manager to which she has been a part of the LEGACY for 2 years.

Amina Mullgrav is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in social work and case management. She holds a Bachelor's Degree from Georgia Southern University and a Master's Degree in Social Work from Widener University. Although she is a new Case Manager with Legacy, Amina brings a wealth of experience and a strong skill set to her role.

With 9 years of experience in the social service field, Brianna has worked with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with mental and physical disabilities. She is deeply passionate about helping others and advocating for those who may not have a voice.

Brittany Jessie is a native of Dawson, GA, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Service Administration from Middle Georgia State College. With over 10 years of experience in case management, she has worked with children, individuals with disabilities, and the elderly. Brittany is passionate about advocating for the rights and needs of her clients and the communities she serves. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Chalise was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and graduated from Albany State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She is currently getting her MSW from Denver University. She has been a Case Manager at The Legacy Case Management Inc for 8 years and is dedicated to meeting clients’ needs and to timeliness of services. She loves to interact with people and learn new things.

Darcell Colbert
Darcell Colbert is originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I currently reside in Fairburn, Ga. I have two adult sons. I attended undergraduate school at Tuskegee University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Social work. I attended graduate school at Atlanta University School of Social Work with a Master’s degree in Social Work. My background is in Medical Social Work. I have twenty eight years of experience in Medical Social Work and seven years experience working with ICWP clients. My experiences include, working with HIV+/AIDS patients at HCA West Paces Ferry Hospital , Renal Social Work with Dialysis Clinic patients, and currently retired from Grady Hospital after twenty one years of service. All of my life I have loved helping others. My motto is “ if you put the client first, everything else will follow”.
